01 — ABOUT

The person
who gets
things done.

10+ years across events, logistics, tourism, government, and startups. I manage complex vendor relationships, navigate city permits and regulations, lead stakeholders across public and private sectors, and design processes from the ground up.

I'm direct. I don't waste your time. When things get noisy I go quiet, think it through, and come back with a clear mind and an executed plan.

"KPIs are not the only thing.
Real people doing real work matter."

I find ways to protect budgets without compromising the people inside the work. Every system I build has a person on both ends — and I never forget that.

Big dreams. Clean execution.

00 — PRINCIPLES

01

Direct

No fluff. No hedging. I tell you what I see, what I recommend, and why — then I let you decide.

02

Systematic

Every process I build is designed to outlast me. If the next person can't pick it up on day one, it's not done.

03

Protective

Of budgets. Of people. Of time. I see what's being wasted before anyone asks me to look.

04

Executed

Big ideas mean nothing without follow-through. I'm the person who gets it across the finish line — every time.

How I
actually
workin practice.

I don't believe in busy work. Every email I send, every system I build, every vendor conversation I have — there's a reason behind it. I ask "why are we doing this?" often, because the answer shapes everything downstream.

I've worked in environments where the org chart mattered more than outcomes. I've also worked in scrappy startups where the opposite was true. I know how to move in both worlds — and I know where the real leverage is in each one.

I hold a high bar for quality. Not perfectionism — I've shipped under real constraints and know how to triage. But I won't put my name on something sloppy, and I'll always tell you when something isn't good enough and what it would take to fix it.

THE CODE
  1. 01Always in Beta.
  2. 02Start with uncomfortable.
  3. 03Push back with purpose.
  4. 04People first.
  5. 05When it's loud, go quiet.
  6. 06Be delusional. Then execute.
  7. 07Don't stop, pivot.
  8. 08Collect people like stamps.

01

LOGISTICS & VENDOR MANAGEMENT · TED CONFERENCES

$40,000 Budget.
Left with $5,000 Spent.

Vendors inflated quotes the moment they heard the organization's name. The team needed a completely different approach.

87%COST REDUCTION
100+VENDORS TRACKED

WHAT I DID

Reframed every vendor conversation around the actual problem and realistic budget. Stripped away organizational prestige from negotiations and focused on the work itself.

Built a real-time Google Sheets tracking system connecting vendors, warehouse staff, and internal teams. Every package tracked from supplier to venue — no more "did this even get shipped?" chaos.

Result: Final logistics cost came in at $5,000 — 87% under budget. The tracking system became standard practice going forward.
02

SYSTEMS DESIGN & UX THINKING · CURRENT ROLE

Built From Scratch.
Zero Guidance.

The team needed a vendor submission system in Asana. No template. No instructions. No model to reference. Just a problem and a tool.

6EVENTS SUPPORTED
400+VENDORS PLACED

WHAT I DID

Mapped every question vendors were emailing in. Designed the form to answer those questions before they were asked — embedded regulatory links, health authority forms, dietary filters, and diversity identification for genuine representation.

Automated Gmail acceptance and waitlist workflows on top. Everything trackable. Everything intentional.

Result: Reduced repetitive email volume, created trackable communications, built something the next coordinator could use from day one.

PROGRAM DESIGN · DESTINATION VANCOUVER

Turning Volunteers Into
Expert Ambassadors.

100+ volunteers — many between 40–99 years old — were the front line for tourists from cruise ships. They needed to know the city deeply.

30+BUSINESSES CURATED
100+VOLUNTEERS EDUCATED

WHAT I DID

Designed and hosted a recurring speaker series featuring Grouse Mountain, Vancouver Aquarium, Chinatown, Muki Restaurant, and 25+ more. One hour per session, every minute planned.

Researched questions in advance so no time was wasted. Moderated Q&A. Delivered a written recap after every session.

Result: Volunteers went from giving basic directions to speaking confidently about specific experiences and what makes each destination worth visiting.
